The Tempest by the gang at Touchstone Theatre
                                        photographed by Scott Heist
                                                 (just like the old days)
These are a couple days old. A dress rehearsal of the Tempest done as movement theater by the Touchstone Theatre Company.
Opened 5 Nov O9 and and exhibition of my portrait studies of Jacques Lecoq, master teacher of movement theatre accompany its run and then…
the Touchstone folks are kind enough to let them stay on.
The Exhibition is called: The Pleasure & Terrors a Truthful Reportage: 12 Portraits of Jacques Lecoq. Those prints done 10 or 15 years back are accompanied by their publication on the Cover of the Sunday New York Times Arts & Leisure Section, American Theater and Total Theatre London, Title comes from and Old Surrealist work from Paris in the ’20’s and reportage is where all valuable work begins: Life.
This is a work in progress .. hope to get the rehersals with both directors up tomorrow.
Scott

As usual, Mr Heist, most intriguing and beautifully captured. I can not wait to see Scott’s next works. They pick you up and put you right in the middle of the next photo subject. Thank you Scott and very Happy Thanksgiving Stan
